This course is suitable for flight crew and load planners (CASA group C, IATA category 10), cabin crew (CASA group D, IATA category 11) and personnel who accept non-dangerous freight (CASA group B, IATA categories 4, 5, 7 & 8).

How is the course delivered?

This course is intended to be fully self-paced, enabling you to complete it at your own pace and in your own time. However, interaction is available with our fully-qualified instructor. Details will be given to you after your registration process has been completed.

Most modules include sound, so a set of headphones or speakers is essential. If you intend to interact with our trainer, you may be required to login to a live session. In this situation, a microphone is also required.
